Product Designer - AI empowered

Your Role

As a Product Designer - AI empowered you will bridge the gap between user research, visual storytelling, and AI-powered design methodologies to create impactful, data-driven, and human-centered experiences. You will leverage AI tools for user research, generative design, and behavioral analytics while ensuring seamless, ethical, and accessible user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual & Communication Design 

• Develop high-fidelity UI components, icons, and illustrations, including data-driven graphics and generative design elements.
• Design effective presentations, reports, and communication materials that convey complex data with clarity.

2. User Research & Data Analysis

• Develop comprehensive research plans that evaluate sustainability impact and user behavior trends.
• Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and competitor research.
• Conduct ethnographic studies and AI-powered analysis.

3. Service & Experience Design

• Map complex service ecosystems, stakeholder relationships, and user journeys.
• Optimize workflows using insights to detect inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design service blueprints and process flow diagrams (BPMN) with automated simulations.

4. Interaction & UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD), integrating AI-assisted prototyping tools like Framer and Uizard. 
• Develop user flows, design systems, and UI style guides for scalable design consistency.
• Conduct automated usability testing and heuristic evaluations (UserTesting, Maze).

5. Product Strategy & Management

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, integrating AI-driven decision-making frameworks. 
• Implement agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
• Collaborate with developers on automated design-to-code solutions.

6. Accessibility, Inclusion & Ethical Design

• Advocate for ethical AI use, ensuring algorithmic fairness and transparency in digital products.
• Design inclusive and accessible interfaces aligned with standards.
• Implement privacy-first design principles, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations.

7. Collaboration & Facilitation

• Lead Design Sprints and innovation workshops, facilitating both in-person and remote collaboration.
• Utilize AI-powered collaboration tools (Notion AI, FigJam, Miro) to enhance co-creation.
• Drive cross-functional teamwork, providing clear design feedback and communication.

 Who You Are

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product, Strategic Design or Service Design.
✔ Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered tools.
✔ Experience with AI-enhanced research, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
✔ Strong skills in user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and usability testing.
✔ Experience collaborating in Agile environments with product and development teams.
✔ Ability to synthesize research insights into actionable design recommendations.
✔ Deep knowledge of branding, typography, and interactive storytelling.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

➕ Experience with AI-generated UI components.
➕ Knowledge of AI-driven personalization for UI/UX.
➕ Understanding of no-code development platforms for rapid prototyping.
➕ Background in behavioral economy & human-computer interaction (HCI).

➕ Craft stunning visual designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other AI-driven tools. 

➕ Implement responsive UI/UX designs with HTML, CSS, and AI-powered UI customization (GitHub Copilot, CodePen AI).

➕ Utilize AI-powered user research tools (Dovetail, Lookback) to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
