Product Design Team Leader (Internal Recruitment)

👋 We’re looking for new PD Team Leaders!

We’re opening recruitment for PD Team Leaders! If you’re a Regular, Senior or Lead PD/UX Designer who enjoys building community and helping others grow, we want you on the leadership team!

What’s the role about?

As a PD Leader, in addition to your commercial designer project, you will manage a team of up to 5 members, with a focus on:

• Team Management: Conducting 1-on-1s, managing performance reviews & project escalations.
• Team Building: Team integration, knowledge-sharing, and community building.
• Growth & Feedback: Setting clear goals, supporting career paths, acting on constructive feedback &  managing promotions/proposing salary bumps.
• Communication & information flow: Sharing company news and advising your team on internal processes.

Requirements

We keep the "hard" requirements simple:

• You’ve been with Netguru for at least 6 months.
• You are currently Regular, Senior or Lead PD / UX/UI Designer.
• You are excellent at effective and direct communication
• You can balance business goals with people needs 
• You are good problem solver and confident in decision-making 
• Nice to Have: prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles
