As a Product Design Manager, you will lead the Product Design team and be the owner of the user experience for the Mirakl Platform back office. You will apply your UX/UI expertise to make complex marketplace and e‑commerce concepts simple and intuitive, in close collaboration with our squads (user management, orders, catalog, pricing, after‑sales, accounting, etc.). You will align design goals with business priorities and influence product decisions at the right level.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and ensure consistent application of the design process to achieve a high level of quality across the entire scope.
  • Structure and guarantee the coherence and quality of deliverables at every stage (benchmarking, user research, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, specs, edge cases).
  • Deliver measurable business impact by proposing effective, compelling, and innovative design solutions to complex business problems.
  • Co‑develop product concepts with the Design Director and Product Directors, and work with your team’s designers to bring the vision and strategy to life.
  • Measure and analyze the adoption and usage of the solutions you deliver.
  • Embed co‑design in your practice and facilitate co‑creation workshops with cross‑functional teams.
  • Contribute to and help govern the Design System (prioritization, contribution, versioning, design tokens) and champion its adoption across the organization.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and grow the Product Designers on your team through coaching and influence.
  • Plan and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration rituals.
  • Represent design with key stakeholders (Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), communicate progress, and arbitrate experience/tech/business trade‑offs when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing a Product Design team.
  • Significant experience building and evolving a B2B SaaS product.
  • You master the end‑to‑end design process and bring the expertise to help the team apply it effectively day‑to‑day.
  • Proven track record integrating user research as a core pillar of product development.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies to consider engineering constraints into your design approach.
  • You are proficient in the Figma suite, as well as tools such as Productboard, Asana, Monday, and Jira
  • Excellent team spirit and open‑mindedness; you can advocate for your ideas and also challenge your own proposals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; you take ownership of the product and work with passion to raise the bar every day.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • You demonstrate humor, respect, and kindness.

The Recruitment Process

  • A 30-minute phone call with one of our recruiters. This will be an opportunity to discuss your background, your expectations, and to discover what Mirakl can offer you in return.
  • A first one-hour job-related interview via Zoom, conducted by both the Product Director and the Head of Design. This session will allow us to dive deeper into your expertise and explore how your skills could contribute to our projects.
  • Two 45-minute interviews, giving you the chance to meet your potential future colleagues at Mirakl!
