Wallex is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Product Design to lead our design team and drive the strategic direction of our design initiatives. As the Head of Product Design at Wallex, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall design strategy, championing user-centric design principles, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences across our products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Define and implement the design strategy and vision, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products and services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs, prioritize design efforts, and deliver outstanding experiences.
- Oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and provide a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our design processes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and aspirations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality design work on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions.
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role, leading a team of designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, thought process, and track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial industry or fintech is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
