For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Design Lead, remotely from United States.

As a Product Design Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the design vision and user experience for digital products. Working across product, marketing, and brand teams, you will ensure a seamless and impactful design strategy that resonates with both patients and providers. This role requires a blend of hands-on design work and leadership, fostering a high-functioning design team in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will leverage user research to create intuitive workflows, scalable design systems, and compelling product interactions. Your ability to transform complex data into elegant design solutions will be key to delivering best-in-class experiences.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and execute design strategies that align with business and user needs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand teams to develop a unified design approach.
• Own interaction design, defining workflows and translating research into actionable solutions.
• Establish and implement scalable design tools and systems.
• Conduct and interpret user research, applying insights to enhance usability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing design team.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate design concepts effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design expertise.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a design team.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and present validated design proposals to stakeholders.
• Expertise in data visualization and mobile design.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Background in healthcare technology is required.
• Ability to work across time zones when necessary.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to design decisions.
