We are looking for a Product Design Intern who will join our strong (12+ members) design team to grow and learn what it takes to design an enterprise B2B SaaS product.
Your experience at Ataccama will be equally as challenging as it will be rewarding. You will grow through ambiguity, experiment through trial and error, and navigate complexity. Hence, why we are looking for a curious, proactive mind, who wants to grow into a capable designer.
Throughout your internship, you will receive support from your mentor and buddy, who will make sure that you have everything you need in order to be successful in your role and bring meaningful contribution.
By the end, you will understand how design shapes enterprise products and how thoughtful design decisions drive real business outcomes, providing you with valuable experience and guidance for the next step of your career!
Your mission
Take ownership of your journey. We’ll give you direction and support, but much of your internship will depend on what you choose to explore and where you want to grow.
Learn what it truly means to be a product designer, from framing problems and balancing usability, feasibility, and business value to collaborating with engineers and fellow designers, getting feedback on your work in design review sessions, and continuously refining your ideas.
Progress from smaller, guided tasks to more complex challenges as you gain confidence and experience.
Become part of an existing team or initiative and work on real design problems that shape the product and reach our users.
Experience what it’s like to design in a B2B enterprise environment, working within a large system, understanding business metrics, and learning how great design drives real outcomes.
About you
You are based in Prague and currently in your final year of studies or a recent graduate.
You are self-driven and proactive. You have a sense of ownership with the ability to explore what options are out there to make an impact.
You communicate clearly in English. You are open to feedback and eager to learn.
You understand that ambiguity and setbacks are a regular part of the design process and can handle them.
You are genuinely interested in product design, complex products, B2B, and design systems.
You understand basic interaction design principles and are comfortable in Figma. You have some experience with UI design.
You enjoy understanding complex systems and making them simple.
You are organised and manage your time and priorities.
