About the Role:
The Data Capture Manager leads a team of 15+ Data Capture Leads and Associates across all shifts, ensuring the accurate measurement and documentation of product attributes that customers can't see in photos—dimensions, weights, materials, compliance marks, packaging text, and performance specs.
This is a hands-on leadership role that balances people management with technical problem-solving to decide what data do we need to capture for each product that comes through the Factory. You'll coach shift leads, refine measurement processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and partner with Product and R&D teams to improve how we capture and structure product data at scale.
