We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Product Consultant to guide customers through implementation and set them up for long-term success with our software. The Product Consultant reports to the Team Lead, Product Consulting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead new customers through onboarding and launch for their contracted product(s)
  • Serve as the Consultant on small to mid-sized customer projects
  • Develop deep functional knowledge of the implementation process and apply it effectively
  • Provide best-practice recommendations tailored to each customer’s goals
  • Support customers post-launch to ensure strong software adoption and optimized workflows
  • Review, update, and enhance Product Consultant documentation as needed
  • Maintain strong performance on post-launch survey metrics
  • Meet assigned OKRs to support team and organizational goals
  • Travel up to 25% to support customer needs and internal initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required: Previous Boutique implementation experience in project management or software training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 6+ months of related professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and build trust quickly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to identify challenges, think outside the box, and create solutions.
  • Experience consulting, training, or teaching others on technology or systems.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or other role in the wellness/fitness industry.
  • Familiarity with other member management software.

The the pay range for this role is $47,406 - $78,220 annually.. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
