In this l role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our commercial workflows and client journeys, lead CRM implementation activities, and streamlining internal business processes.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or similar technical role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
