The role

We are looking for a Product Operations Assistant to support Ferryhopper’s Product team in their daily operations and help us deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX Copywriters, and User Researchers, supporting them in the creation and improvement of product features and content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves organizing, writing, analyzing user behavior, and being at the intersection of user research, content, and product management.

Your work will help ensure that the right insights reach the right people, that our localization processes are smooth, and that our users’ needs are clearly understood and translated into better product experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Product Operations Assistant at Ferryhopper, you will:

• Help Product Managers document product features or improvements
• Support the decisions of Product Managers with data and analysis
• Support the UX Copywriter in creating, organizing, and maintaining localization keys
• Collaborate with the User Researcher to classify, tag, and summarize user feedback
• Help identify recurring user pain points and contribute to discussions on prioritization.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who loves structure, language, and understanding users.

• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the willingness to support multiple roles across the product team
• Ability to organize and manage multiple small tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Curiosity about how digital products are built and improved
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify patterns in user behavior
• Basic understanding of UX writing, user testing, and product analytics
• Excellent command of English and Greek (both written and verbal)
• At least one year of experience in cross-functional agile teams.

Remote policy: For teams located in Athens, the policy is to visit the office a minimum of once per week.
There are six weeks per year in which you can work from anywhere without visiting the office.
