We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our Product Management team in Athens. The successful candidate will capture, analyze, and evaluate product requirements and compile functional specifications for new or existing product features.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document product requirements that contribute to the overall success of Qualco's software solutions;
- Transform product requirements into Functional Specifications by applying established implementation guidelines;
- Work closely with engineering to determine the best solutions and track ongoing development and timelines;
- Validate alignment of engineering deliverables with the functional specifications and transfer knowledge over new product capabilities to internal stakeholders;
- Participate in Client feedback activities and contribute to the elaboration of product road maps;
- Εnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- A B.Sc. degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field;
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Requirements Analysis in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services/Banking sector;
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making ability;
- An ability to work as part of a team dedicated to delivering quality results;
- A firm command of the Greek and English language and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Some familiarity with relational databases will be considered a plus.
