Job Overview:
Act as the bridge between agency/client teams and the Open platform, translating business needs into platform-ready requirements. Drive stakeholder alignment, workspace design, workflow mapping, and adoption to ensure successful client onboarding and sustained platform usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnering with Agency/Clients: Collaborate with Agency/Client Leads to finalize project scope, ensuring alignment between agency/client needs and platform capabilities.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough internal gap analyses to identify discrepancies between the Open platform's current capabilities and specific client requirements.
• Feature Request Management: Work closely with Professional Services Product Lead to capture and articulate requirements for new client features and platform enhancements.
• Platform Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities of the Open platform to agency/client teams through compelling live demos and video recordings.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders across agency/client teams to define workspace requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
• Workspace Personalization: Where appropriate gather requirements for workspace personalization, including look and feel, widgets, content integration, and quick links.
• Branding & Theming: Collect theming and identity parameters such as colour palettes, brand books, and image libraries to ensure consistent branding within the workspace.
• Design Collaboration: Work with the Open design team to develop prototypes for homepages, hubs, and Learning Spaces, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
• Sign-off Management: Secure sign-off on homepage/hub/Learning Space designs from agency/client teams.
• Campaign Structure Mapping: Identify campaign structure and translate it into requirements for the Open Hierarchy structure within the platform.
• User Management: Understand agency/client team structures and set up user groups and permissions to optimize platform utilization and collaboration.
• Use Case Documentation: Document agency/client use cases and acceptance criteria for the Open platform, creating a valuable knowledge base for future reference.
• Tool Configuration: Understand supported agency/client 3rd party tool requirements and ensure proper configuration within the Open environment.
• Workflow Mapping: Conduct ways-of-working workshops to identify end-to-end campaign processes for both agency and client teams, mapping these processes within the Open workflow management system capabilities.
• Process Visualization: Partner with the design team to visualize campaign processes and create detailed process pages within the platform capabilities.
• Approval Process Implementation: Identify touchpoints between agency and client teams in workflow and implement streamlined approval processes within the platform capabilities.
• Adoption Support: Partner with the Adoption Lead to develop and execute UAT/Pilot/Adoption plans, including conducting live demo sessions during these phases.
Key Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Technology).
•8-10+ years of total work experience
•3+ years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and technologies.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
•Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
•Experience with workflow management systems and process mapping.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Experience with platform implementations and user adoption strategies is a plus.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
