We’ll do our best to make it happen. We are looking for a Product Analyst - Maternity Cover (all genders) to join our Data department at flaconi. You will be part of our Data Analytics team and will play a prominent role in driving the product analytics efforts for a premium online shop of perfume and beauty products across Europe. Your role
  • Partner effectively with Product Owners, translating business requirements into analytical tasks and aligning the scope of analytical projects.
  • Support features, define the right hypothesis, design A/B tests and monitor the customer journey providing actionable insights to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with tracking experts for web and app (Mapp, Firebase, Adjust) to ensure adherence to naming conventions and optimize the tracking landscape.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and create performance dashboards deriving meaningful insights and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage the KPI framework and data pipeline logic (SQL, Python) for the upper layers of the data warehouse, ensuring efficient data management and governance.
  • Leverage the modern data tech stack (Exasol, Airflow, Databricks) for data extraction and transformation to support analytics processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product analytics, driving innovation and optimising the area processes through data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and contribute to multiple cross-functional strategic projects, balancing data product development and project management according to agile methodologies.
  • Your profile
  • 3 years of experience in a Product Analytics role in the field of e-commerce or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases, data modelling knowledge is a plus. Nice to have: knowledge of another programming language, ideally Python.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BI reporting tools, ideally with Tableau. 
  • You are familiar with tracking best practices and GA4 / Mapp
  • You are familiar with the concept of experimentation.
  • Solid team player with the ability to independently assess and prioritise your tasks
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
  • What we offer you
  • Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 57,000€ and 72,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
