ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Product Analyst 2 — Admin Services, you’ll play a vital role in driving data-driven decisions to improve Tide’s administrative product experiences across European markets. You will partner with Product Managers, Data Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams to analyze usage data, measure feature performance, identify opportunities to simplify SME workflows (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance), and help shape the product roadmap. Your insights will directly influence strategic product decisions and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Analytics & Insights: Analyze user behaviour and product usage to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across the Admin Services domain (bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll tools, compliance workflows).
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Translate raw data into insightful stories that influence product strategy; define metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators for product performance, adoption, engagement, and operational health.
  • Experimentation & Validation: Support product experimentation — design, track, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Operations, and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, solve complex problems, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify analytical and operational gaps; recommend best practices to improve workflows, product usability, and decision making.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Product Analytics, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles — ideally within digital, SaaS or fintech products.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with SQL; comfortable querying and manipulating large datasets. Experience with BI and analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experimentation Knowledge: Familiarity with experimentation concepts (A/B testing and hypothesis validation) and basic statistical thinking.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and clearly communicate them to cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solver: Curious and proactive with a structured approach to ambiguous problems; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to distil complex insights into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in product roles supporting administration or operational products (e.g., accounting, payroll automation, SME services).
  • Familiarity with SME banking or finance landscape.
  • Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis or scripting.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:

  • 25 days paid annual leave
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
  • Extended maternity and paternity leave covered by the company
  • Personal L&D budget in the amount of 500 EUR per year
