About the Role We are looking for a Product Account Manager with a strong knowledge of Paid Media optimization to develop and strengthen relationships with our clients, ensuring they get the most value out of our Paid Media Optimizer, Mixilo. This role is primarily focused on account management and strategic consulting, helping clients optimize their paid media strategies using our platform. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing insights to improve our solutions.πŸΆπŸš€ πŸš€ What We Do

    Responsibilities πŸ€“
  • Account Management & Client SuccessΒ 
  • Campaign Management
  • Serve as customers’ primary point of contact –  ensuring their engagement, retention, and satisfaction with our platform
  • Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously - be responsible for the planning and revision of campaigns, leveraging our proprietary platform
  • Structure insightful analyses to improve and understand the campaigns’ performance.
  • Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for our customers.
  • Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback, pain points, and feature requests.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tracking, attribution, or integration issues in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
  • Business Strategy
  • Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ needs and business. Identify growth opportunities and work closely with our product and sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Stay up to date with our latest features and industry trends to continuously add value to clients.

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consulting.
  • Strong Excel skills (to be demonstrated).
  • Advanced knowledge of paid media optimization (2+ year).
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Nice to have: Portuguese at a conversational level is a plus
