What You’ll Do:
Translate scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production tools.
Select, refine, and iterate on generated footage with a strong eye for tone, performance, and composition.
Shape narrative pacing. Knowing when to linger, when to cut, and when to simplify.
Build cohesive short films from script to final cut.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized across different stages of AI generation (these tools have wait times; multitasking is part of the job).
Push back thoughtfully on scripts, shot choices, or visual directions when something isn't landing.
Maintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the edit.
Experiment continuously with tools, formats, and techniques along with bringing what you learn back to the team.
Balance creative ambition with practical execution.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of editing and/or production experience.
Background in narrative fiction, commercials, music videos, corporate content, or vertical/micro drama content.
Agency, independent production company, or freelance experience all welcome.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required) and Adobe Suite / Photoshop.
A cinematic eye. You understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling beyond the basics.
Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing.
Confidence making creative decisions independently.
Detail oriented without losing sight of the bigger story.
Comfortable working from script and shaping narrative arcs.
Genuine curiosity about AI tools. Hands on AI experience is a plus.
