Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Influencer Associate who’s ready to play a hands-on role in shaping how we connect with audiences through authentic and impactful influencer partnerships.

The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. 

What you can expect:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our fast-paced fintech company. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating a matrix functional organization, possessing strong project management and technical skills, particularly in the production of performance marketing assets.

The Associate Producer will manage specific production workstreams, ensure compliance with brand standards, and facilitate clear communication across all internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Project Management
  • Manages specific production workstreams focused on performance marketing assets.
  • Builds and maintains timelines for assigned tracks of work.
  • Coordinates overlapping tasks and stakeholders within a matrix organization.
  • Identifies risks within assigned deliverables and proposes basic solutions.
  • Proactively communicates dependencies, blockers, and delays.
  • Schedules and leads check-ins with internal teams.
  • Tracks production costs and flags potential budget deviations to the manager.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Prepares clear and structured briefs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintains consistent communication on status, changes, and next steps.
  • Manages smaller production tracks with clearly defined scope.
  • Aligns expectations across design, brand, strategy, and performance teams.
  • Proactively flags minor issues before they escalate.
  • Builds collaborative relationships in a cross-functional environment.
• Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepares draft budget estimates for low- to mid-complexity projects.
  • Tracks actual spend against estimated budgets.
  • Flags budget variances and potential financial risks.
  • Suggests cost-efficient alternatives when appropriate.
  • Maintains updated records for vendor payments and production timelines.
• Brand & Regulatory Governance
  • Ensures all deliverables adhere to brand standards.
  • Identifies inconsistencies in briefs, scripts, or visuals from a brand and compliance perspective.
  • Verifies that vendors and creative partners follow legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborates with legal, compliance, and brand teams as needed.
  • Escalates potential risks early to avoid delays or rework.
• Technical Literacy
  • Reviews technical specifications of assets prior to delivery.
  • Flags issues such as low-resolution videos, incorrect formats, or improper color profiles.
  • Confirms deliverables meet platform specifications.
  • Updates metadata in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Manages file versioning and organization across shared drives.

Who are you:

• Performance Marketing Assets:
  Demonstrated knowledge and experience in producing assets for performance marketing campaigns.
• Video Motion and 3D Design:
  Familiarity with or capability to handle video motion and basic 3D design assets.
• Video Editing Skills:
  Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Software Usage: Experience with related field software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Proactive and Adaptable:
  Must be proactive and able to navigate a matrix functional organization in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of project execution and content review.
• Advanced English level (speaking and writing)is a must
