Procurement Specialist - Food Category

We are looking for an Procurement Specialist with proven experience in the food category. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process – from identifying business needs and sourcing suppliers, through negotiating contracts, to overseeing order execution and supplier performance.

YOU WILL

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and build long-term business relationships.
• Monitor the market and analyze offers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and reliability.
• Manage procurement documentation and process purchase orders in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to plan and align purchasing activities with operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role within the food category (FMCG, production, or distribution).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end purchasing processes and contract negotiations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong business acumen.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
