In this role, you will support and manage day-to-day procurement activities, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and help ensure the seamless execution of purchasing operations across the organization.   • Be an integral part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Procurement
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with company needs
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to support procurement needs such as contract reviews, onboarding processes, and service delivery, while addressing issues as they arise
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams (primarily based in the U.S.) to support their procurement needs, including potential involvement in travel-related activities
  • Analyze market trends and gather supplier information to support sourcing decisions
  • Prepare reports and analyze procurement-related data to help drive informed decision-making
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both vendors and colleagues across multiple departments
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline workflows, and enhance procurement efficiency
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and support ongoing team initiatives
  • Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of experience in procurement and purchasing, including vendor communication, negotiations, and contract review
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with procurement systems, such as Zip - an advantage
  • Experience in working and collaborating with vendors, reviewing contracts and preparing reports
  • Familiarity with global high-tech business environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • A proactive learner with a “can-do” attitude and a desire to grow professionally
  • Language: Fluent English - written, spoken, and reading
