Who You’ll Work With

As a team member of the Procurement team, you are the face to Arista's suppliers and internal stakeholders acting as a liaison and partner to both. You will be responsible for continued evaluation and evolution of procurement systems, processes, and suppliers.

What You'll Do

 Work with internal information customers and external vendors to research,
request pricing, prepare and review bids/pricing, prepare purchase orders,
track orders, mark orders as received, and respond to billing inquiries.
 Analyze, evaluate, refine and improve purchasing processes, including
strategies and procedures that will result in cost savings, improved service
levels and effective inventory management.
 Manage the scoping, acquisition and implementation of new automated
purchasing and asset management systems.
 Manage strategic supplier relationships. Ensure continued relevance and
value of vendors.
 Develop metrics to measure performance, efficiency and cost savings related
to the procurement process.
 Monitor compliance with software licensing terms and agreements.
 Work with Finance on asset management methods and processes.

 BA or BS degree
 5 years’ experience in purchasing required, including experience working with
automated purchasing systems.
 Experience with the entire procurement and asset management life cycle in a
mid to large-sized company preferred.
 Significant process improvement experiences, including the ability to analyze,
evaluate, refine and improve purchasing systems, taking them to the next
level.
 Strategic thinking, influencing, project management, problem solving and
decision-making skills.
 Ability to work in a group or solo on projects with little to no supervision.
 Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting
priorities in a dynamic environment.
 Strong customer service orientation, team player with ability to establish
collaborative working relationships.
