About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Sourcing Executive to support our procurement and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for products, services, and materials
- Maintain and update supplier database and track sourcing metrics
- Analyze supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement team to understand requirements
- Prepare reports and insights on supplier performance, costs, and market trends
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with supplier/vendor sourcing platforms and procurement tools
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
