Fraport Greece is currently looking to hire a caliber Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate will steer the process of the assigned projects in compliance with the corporate Procurement Procedure.

What you will be doing:
- Review the specifications of the projects assigned and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research for new suppliers/contractors, products, and services.
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents.
- Handle the tender process in compliance with the Procurement Procedure and collaborate with the internal customers and the suppliers/contractors for the successful outcome of the supply process.
- Perform commercial evaluation, negotiate with suppliers/contractors, and report the tender results, recommending the best solution for the company.
- Issue the purchase orders in the SAP MM system, ensuring that all agreed terms and conditions with the suppliers/contractors are depicted on them.
- Cooperate with the legal team and the vendor for the finalization of the contracts based on the agreed prices and technical terms.
- Report, archive, and track the tender and purchasing documents.
- Follow up on contracts in SAP regarding their execution based on the agreed prices and commercial terms.
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Finance
- A minimum of four years of solid experience in procurement, preferably in Maintenance and IT sector.
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level)
- Previous experience in SAP MM would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and tech savviness.
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate).
