Who We’re Looking For
A procurement professional who knows how to get the best value — not just the best price. Someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, working across borders, and turning complex needs into simple, efficient solutions. Someone energized by innovation—not bureaucracy.

Your Mission

  • Partner with internal teams to source and deliver what they need — fast!

  • Lead negotiations and contracting with suppliers, vendors, and service providers

  • Manage procurement across categories such as software/SaaS, professional services, and operations

  • Use technology, automation, and process-driven solutions to make procurement work smarter

  • Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and budget alignment

  • Spot opportunities to optimize our global vendor landscape 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing (ideally in a tech company)

  • Passion for efficiency, structure, and automation — you love improving the way things work

  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct

  • Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and categories

  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a big plus

  • A collaborative, hands-on style — you enable the business, not slow it down.
