Procurement Intern, Procurement

We're looking for a Procurement Intern, Procurement to primarily focus on handling daily procurement tasks, while sourcing and managing KOLs/KOCs for our AnyCreator platform, while also. This role involves everything from initial outreach and contract verification to tracking performance and managing vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

• Assisting in procurement processes to ensure timely and qualified onboarding.
• Tracking and reporting monthly sourcing performance.
• Collect influencer contact info, quotation per the latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation.
• Support checking the accuracy of procurement terms & contracts according to the Company policy.
• Consolidate vendors' quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison.
• Vendor assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance.
• Supporting cooperation with the Finance department for effective payment progress.
• Sourcing, approaching, and managing potential KOLs/KOCs for the AnyCreator platform.
• Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Senior Manager.

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is a must.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask.
• Be able to commit to working full-time for at least 3 months.
