Our Procurement team

Our purpose is to support, influence and challenge Nubank business decisions by delivering value to the end-to-end sourcing processes through long-term & sustainable partnerships, all executed with efficient, agile and innovative technologies.

The Procurement team's BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to be the best and least bureaucratic Procurement area in the technology segment by promoting cost efficiency through strategic long-term & sustainable partnerships with the highest skilled, diverse and engaged team.

You will be responsible for

• Lead the creation and establishment of a comprehensive Procurement KPI tracking framework.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements through data analysis and Procurement/BI tools.
• Contribute to financial and Procurement data reporting, ensuring the delivery of reliable and timely information for various stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders (such as Finance, FP&A, Engineering, Risk and other teams) across the organization to map data sources and ensure accurate data representation.
• Develop and maintain datasets in BI and Data tools, enabling scalable data manipulation and analysis.
• Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making for the Procurement team.
• Utilize SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for optimized financial and procurement strategies.

We are looking for a person who has

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Scala and/or Python for data analysis and experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams as well as practical knowledge on documentation techniques, and project management tools.
• Experience with financial technologies and a strong passion for business, economy, finance, and technology.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting data structure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes is a plus.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a beneficial addition.

Our Nu Way of Working

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or two weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
