What’s the role about?

As Procurement Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and aged reports to maintain inventory control.
  • Oversee inbound freight and logistics, resolving delivery issues and tracking shipments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across procurement and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, track, and expedite purchase orders to minimise delays.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Servicing teams on delivery and product queries.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including complaints and quality issues.
  • Monitor freight costs and ensure compliance with customs and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate system updates and reporting.

Requirements
