HOW ABOUT DRIVING INNOVATION IN EUROPEAN CYBERSECURITY?
Our client, the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), aims to strengthen Europe’s cybersecurity capacities and competitiveness. Working together with a Network of National Coordination Centres (NCCs), the ECCC supports the development of a strong European cybersecurity community. The Centre is located in Bucharest, Romania. Civitta is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.
Procurement Assistant
As a Procurement Assistant at the ECCC, you will support the preparation, coordination, and administration of procurement and joint procurement procedures. Your tasks will include drafting tender templates and guidance documents, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and assisting in updating internal procedures.
You will:
Draft and update tender templates, guidance documents, and procurement materials
Ensure compliance with tender documentation requirements, including BudgPedia templates and annexes
Support updates to internal guidance and procedures for joint procurements
Assist with procurement evaluations, including logistical and administrative coordination
Maintain organized shared drives and update Calls for Expression of Interest
Manage communication with services and consortia via a functional mailbox
Support the preparation and updating of agreements related to joint procurement
Assist with meetings, documentation reviews, and follow-up actions for joint procurement implementation
Follow up on payment procedures and ensure necessary documentation is complete
Requirements:
University degree of at least 3 years of study
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in procurement, EU administration, or public-sector procedures
Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher)
Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to follow established procedures
