 Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Start up, shut down, and restart machines per production schedule

  • Consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing equipment

  • Perform general housekeeping within the department/group and assist other areas as required

  • Back up other areas of the production floor (Material Handling, Inspecting and Packing) as needed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 2+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience in process with insertion machines.

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics or Electrical Mechanical Engineering) is a plus.

  • A preferred candidate will have additional targeted technical education in SMT process or in manufacturing machine processing

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
