Position Summary
The Process Manager is a primary collaborator in process improvement and scheduling while driving the creation, standardization, and maintenance of documentation to enhance operational efficiency while building upon foundational skills in project management. This position will also partner with team members to standardize templates, improve tool usage, and support continuous process improvement across the department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement by standardizing templates and documentation practices to increase efficiency, standardization, and reduce waste
- Identify and build department-wide improvements from requirements generated by test team partners

Strategic Influence & Business Acumen
- Secures agreement and resources from peer managers and collaborators for process improvement projects; handles conflict between different functional goals.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Job-Related Skills
- 4-6+ years in a Quality Assurance Lead or Game Production position.
- Strong proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence) and project management software (e.g., Jira or similar tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong proficiency in documentation Tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Office (especially Excel/Word), TestRail (or similar).
- Excellent writing and documentation skills
- Strong project/product management skills needed to understand business strategy and technology, ability to influence, collaborate, and bring teams to success
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Attention to Detail – ensuring accuracy in documentation, schedules, and process updates.
- Communication (Written & Verbal) – clear documentation, status updates, and collaboration.
- Analytical Thinking – ability to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level)
