Your new job

As a Process Leader for SOURCE, you'll play an important part in the team. Your primary focus will be leading the development and implementation of SOURCE processes at IKEA Industry, working closely with local experts and the Process Owner to support operational excellence. The process Leader for SOURCE is responsible to continuously improve the procure-to-pay process, digital solutions and reports to support all aspects of raw material, indirect material and services, and component availability at our factories. The SOURCE process includes how we plan and schedule orders and deliveries, receive and verify material, as well as manage raw material inventory.

On a typical working day, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the SOURCE process at IKEA Industry in the people, process, data and technology dimensions

• Capture, challenge, and transform business needs into global standards

• Prioritize development activities to reach optimal business results

• Collaborate with the Process and Solution Area team and source teams in the factories

As Process Leader for SOURCE you will join a team of experienced Process Leaders for our core processes PLAN, DELIVER, MAKE and MAINTAIN that challenge and support each other to reach our goals. What we'd like you to bring to the table

The role as a Process Leader for SOURCE requires you to:

  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in procurement processes, project, and change management
  • Demonstrate indirect leadership capabilities with process development, standardization and optimization skills
  • Identify improvement areas and break it down to a roadmap with initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience with Analytics, metrics and digital solution development e.g. Power BI.
  • You thrive in environments where data informs strategy and innovation.
  • Implement new ideas and solutions in a large organization
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships at all levels and by that also be able to communicate with impact on all levels, from shopfloor to management teams.

It's a plus if you also:

• Have a Master's or University Degree in Production & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

• Hold experience with Lean and Industry 4.0 as well as BPMN 2.0
