Lead a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and budgets while fostering effective communication and technical guidance.
Our Process Group Leader AD leads a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance:
- Promotes effective communication and teamwork, leading by example.
- Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.
- Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB, PFD, PIDs, control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
- Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers, in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
- Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
- Contributes to the creation of guidelines, specifications, and internal directives, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- 10+ years’ experience in the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production, including 3+ years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
- Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
