Your mission

We are an international manufacturing company currently establishing a new production facility in Poland (Kobierzyce - Magnice). We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Manager / Head of Process Engineering to lead the setup and development of the local process engineering function.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for building the process organization from the ground up, driving technology transfer, supporting plant start-up, and ensuring high standards of process quality, efficiency, and cost control. 

  • Develop and implement the process engineering strategy and annual plans in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Build the local process engineering organization, including team structure, roles, workflows, and management systems.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the process engineering team, continuously improve technical capability and professionalism.
  • Support the new plant start-up phase, including: organizational setup and talent development, facility and site planning, digitalization initiatives, process flow and manufacturing layout design
  • Act as the key interface with the headquarters’ process engineering team, establishing localized process transfer and industrialization standards.
  • Continuously optimize the local manufacturing review system for new products, taking ownership of process quality and manufacturing cost.
  • Track industry technology trends and define process development roadmaps for new products.
  • Organize and drive process and technology upgrades.
  • Participate in short-term business travel for technical exchanges and new technology introduction.

Your profile

  • More than 8 years of experience managing technical or engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Power Electronics or related)
  • Solid background in power electronics or related industries, with experience in R&D or process engineering.
  • Experience with digitalization projects is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in building or optimizing departmental processes and management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and APQP, with hands-on experience using quality tools and process methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IPD processes and strong project management skills.
  • Fluent English is required (C1); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in Poland.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
