Process Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project
Responsible for preparing product process documents (PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), proficient in PACK production process and key process control points
Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process
In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, major in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, process design
At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
Good at analyzing and solving problems, have good communication and coordination skills
Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software
Have a certain ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
