Job scope & responsibilities:

  • Support MOCVD process manufacturing and engineering activities on multi-wafer production reactors for high voltage devices.
  • Develop MOCVD recipe based on device structure & designs.
  • Troubleshoot MOCVD material growth issues.
  • Responsible for equipment performance metrics and productivity requirements
  • Ensure that all epitaxial materials meet the SPC requirements
  • Support and document production action plans and FMEA
  • Support yield and uptime improvement activities for ongoing epi wafer.
  • Interact closely with Device and Foundry Engineering groups to develop novel high voltage FETs for next generation low and high-power application.
  • The ideal candidate will be willing to support reactor maintenance activities.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to good manufacturing practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Min of 5 years’ experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III-Vs nitrides materials.
  • Min of MS in Material Science or equivalent, Ph.D preferred.
  • The position is intended for a split week coverage, including partial weekend.
  • Experience with GaN material growth with Veeco’s MOCVD tools is preferred.
