Main Responsibilities

Maintain and update BOMs and cycle times for new products.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Maintain and continuously improve existing production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and safety.
Establish and optimize assembly standard times and manufacturing costs using Lean principles.
Review production reports to identify waste and implement waste reduction initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and others.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical and/or electrical automation industry.
Hands-on experience in operating automation machinery.
Proficient in English (spoken, reading, and written); strong AutoCAD application skills.
Familiar with APQP and the 5 Core Tools, including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
