Process Control Engineer

• Start-up and operation of the pilot plant 

• Supervision in Installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing. 

• Assisting the senior operations team in achieving the KPIs 

• Coordinate the site regarding site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins. 

• Preparation of Operating manuals and other documents associated with Plant Operation. 

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with all Safety regulations. 

• Manage and plan workforce to implement installation, commisioning and working of Pilot plant trials. 

• Always, drive all trials keeping HSE as top priority. 

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot the manufacturing process 

• Good Root cause analysis and troubleshooting mindset in process operations. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience 

• Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer etc. plants. 

• Hands on experience in PLC/DCS operation is a must. 

• Installation, commissioning, and operations experience  

• Expected to work in shifts as per business needs.
