As a Process Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be involved in:
- Designing and documenting new processes and procedures.
- Creating visual process diagrams using Visio.
- Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, PowerBi, and Jira for process management and reporting.
- Providing comprehensive support to the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff.
