What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

• Earn with confidence: Receive a base salary plus uncapped commission, with a guaranteed commission floor that ensures a minimum of $75,000 on an annualized basis when actively employed and meeting role expectations.

The guarantee reduces month-to month volatility and provides stability while you learn the role, with higher earnings driven by consistent performance (typically $75,000-100,000/annually).

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

• Funeral Director License REQUIRED
• Applicable Virginia Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification or ability to obtain one
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort meeting with families both over the phone and in-person
• Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
