PRN Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Denver, CO

Overview
If you’re a nurse with strong IV skills and tired of the hospital pace and unpredictable schedules, this role offers a calmer, more controlled outpatient environment where you can focus on patient care and use your IV skills consistently. This is a low-volume infusion center designed for safe, thoughtful care and strong patient interaction.

Schedule
• PRN, flexible weekday shifts (Monday–Friday)
• Shifts scheduled in advance based on availability

Key Responsibilities
• Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions and respond appropriately
• Provide patient education during treatment
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and safety
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols

Clinical Environment & Support
• Calm outpatient infusion setting
• Infusion times range from 1–5 hours, allowing for meaningful patient interaction
• UV vein finder technology available
• Structured onboarding including virtual training and in-clinic shadowing
• Gradual transition to independent patient care

Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted RN license
• BLS certification required
• 1+ year RN experience (infusion or ED preferred)
• Strong IV skills required
• Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
