We are seeking a Senior ERP Implementer with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP to lead implementation, optimization, and integration initiatives across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring NetSuite in a manufacturing environment and preferred knowledge of DataNinja (MES/Inventory Management) and Celigo (integration middleware). This role will be critical in driving ERP stabilization and long-term system consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite Financials, Inventory Management, Procurement, WMS, Manufacturing, and reporting.
- Translate business processes from Operations, Finance, and IT into NetSuite configurations and workflows.
- Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and DataNinja, Celigo, Salesforce, and other systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Define and enforce data governance standards and maintain master data consistency across platforms.
- Implement best practices for cycle counting, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into operations and financials.
- Provide technical leadership and project oversight to ensure scalability, reliability, and on-time delivery.
- Deliver training, change management, and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.
- Support ongoing ERP administration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing or complex operational environment.
- Strong experience configuring NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success leading ERP projects from design through go-live.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM management, work orders, and inventory controls.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DataNinja (MES and inventory management).
- Hands-on knowledge of Celigo for NetSuite integrations (design, monitoring, error handling).
- Background in nutritional supplements, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
