We are the internal recruitment partner working with a well-established company that design, produces, and installs creative display solutions for exhibitions, retail spaces, and events. Responsibilities:

  • Operate large format printers, heat press and digital cutter.
  • Prepare files for printing and ensure accurate output.
  • Print, cut, and finish a variety of graphics and signage including fabrics, rollable and rigid media.
  • Produce graphics for custom exhibition stands and portable displays.
  • Install graphics both in-house and on-site at customer locations.
  • Maintain equipment and keep the workshop clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on design and planning of graphics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Learn new software/equipment and attend training as required.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience as a print operator and/or finisher (ideally 2+ years).
  • Stitching experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with good time management.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional on-site installations.

In return we are offering:

  • Salary: £26,000–£28,000 dependent on experience.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
