They focus on design, engineering, and delivery of high‑performance luminaires and lighting services that meet complex project and specification requirements across diverse sectors.

Role Overview: The Print Publishing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality print-ready designs across a range of publishing and marketing materials. This role focuses on layout, typography, and visual consistency, ensuring all designs meet production standards and print specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands print workflows, and can translate creative concepts into polished, accurate layouts while working across multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and produce print-ready layouts for publications and marketing materials.
  • Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across designs.
  • Prepare files to print specifications including bleed, trim, color profiles, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with creative and project teams to interpret briefs and requirements.
  • Manage revisions and implement feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency across print assets and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain design files and production assets.
  • Coordinate with printers or production partners when required.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on print publishing.
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience working on publications, brochures, catalogs, or similar print materials.
  • Formal design qualification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
