Principal Solutions Engineer - Blockchain Financial Infrastructure

Location: Remote - United States (remote-first, office optional). EST time preferred

Compensation: $160K - $220K

We are hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer to help institutions, fintechs, and enterprises across the Americas adopt our platform with confidence and ease. This is a highly hands-on and client-facing role, serving as the trusted technical advisor who bridges complex enterprise needs with our cutting-edge technology.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical success of our customers, guiding them from initial design through deployment and ongoing support. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to design secure, scalable integration pathways that connect legacy systems with modern blockchain architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Guidance: Guide financial institutions and fintechs through seamless onboarding and integration processes.
• Architecture & Deployment: Design and build secure, scalable deployment pathways that bridge legacy systems with our platform, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on support to client teams: troubleshoot, fix, and build solutions alongside them in real time.
• Pre-Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team on technical proposals, demos, and detailed RFP responses.
• Documentation & Feedback: Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides, and gather crucial client feedback to translate insights into product and API improvements.
• Representation: Represent the company as a technical expert at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise integration.
• Track Record: Proven record of helping institutions or enterprises deploy mission-critical systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript (or similar languages) with proven API experience (REST).
• Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS essential; GCP/Azure a plus), microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Security & Compliance: Solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Problem Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and delivering solutions effectively under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical conversations with CTOs, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Knowledge of blockchain, custody, and financial workflows is strongly preferred.
• Certifications (Plus): Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus; Spanish/Portuguese fluency is valued.
