You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks
- Architect end-to-end testing strategies for web and API applications using Selenium and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor SDET team members, promote automation best practices, and conduct code reviews
- Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, stability, and effectiveness metrics
- Identify process gaps and implement automation and DevOps solutions
- Partner with Product, Development, and DevOps teams on feature requirements and technical implementations


Mandatory Skills:

- Selenium WebDriver for web automation
- Advanced Python programming skills
- CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)


Required Experience:

- 8+ years as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer in Test
- Proven track record designing and scaling enterprise-level automation frameworks
- Expertise in REST API testing and Python frameworks such as PyTest
- Strong understanding of testing fundamentals: functional, performance, security


Desired Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security testing best practices
