Position: Senior Manager, Sortation Management - Delivery Station Manager
What You Will Do:
Lead and manage the entire last mile operations for a designated area, overseeing multiple Camp Leaders and Helper Managers.
Ensure alignment and performance across all camps within the area, focusing on service quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
Drive strategic execution of operational initiatives, SOP adherence, and area-wide KPIs.
Monitor daily and weekly operational metrics to proactively address gaps and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Training, Safety, Finance) to support staffing, compliance, and performance objectives.
Lead area-level business reviews and performance analysis for leadership reporting and planning.
Own the implementation of new policies, tools, or initiatives across the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth coordination between sort and delivery operations across all camps.
Conduct regular audits and camp visits to ensure SOP and safety compliance.
Coach, mentor, and develop Camp managers and Helper Managers to build operational leadership capability.
Analyze operational performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the area.
Handle escalations and emergency responses across multiple camps effectively.
Collaborate with senior regional leadership to align area goals with company objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong leadership experience in logistics, last mile delivery, or warehouse operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams across multiple sites or locations.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills; ability to work with operational metrics.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in logistics or operations may be considered.
Effective communication and people development skills.
Experience in implementing cross-site initiatives or operational process improvements is a plus
