Team Overview

Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Business Partner focusing on Retail domain as the company’s business grows exponentially.

What you will do

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L

• Establish ambitious goals for the team and oneself, implementing concrete plans to achieve them, even in ambiguous or complex situations

• Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders

• Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results

• Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)

• Retail / Commercial Finance Partner experience (required)

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment

• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation

• Strong Excel skills (required)

• Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA

• Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
