We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Principal, Recruitment Partner to join Seeq’s HR team. In this role, you will be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a true talent partner, shaping hiring strategies, advising leaders, and ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people who reflect Seeq’s values and drive our growth.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions, with a strong focus on software engineering and sales. Your expertise in sourcing, assessment, relationship-building, and talent strategy will be critical to building high-performing, diverse teams and elevating Seeq’s employer brand in the market.

You will also be comfortable using recruiting data and Excel-based reporting to drive visibility, prioritization, and decision-making across multiple searches and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Position talent acquisition as a proactive, data-driven function that anticipates business needs and delivers high-impact talent solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with senior leaders, HR, legal, and finance to support workforce planning, succession strategies, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Effectively connect with senior partners and leaders in an environment where strategic decisions depend on the accurate and timely flow of information.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions.

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Excellence

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from intake and job postings through sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with HR partners and hiring leaders to create compelling, inclusive job descriptions and effective recruitment campaigns.
  • Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluations, ensuring alignment with Seeq’s culture, values, and role requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and proactive candidate pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.

Sourcing, Market Intelligence & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent, leveraging multiple channels, platforms, and networks.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical and go-to-market functions.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence in SaaS and technology talent markets.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Champion Seeq’s employer brand, culture, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through engaging interactions with candidates and the community.

Operational Excellence, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish clear performance metrics to elevate talent acquisition outcomes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Use metrics, analytics, and dashboards to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
  • Lead ongoing improvements and innovative approaches involved in daily recruitment activities to increase the quality, speed, and consistency of hiring outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of platforms and AI tools that improve recruiter efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.

Operating Rhythm & Stakeholder Communication

  • Keep recruiting efforts moving with strong structure and follow-through (intake alignment, feedback timing, candidate updates, and decision-making flow).
  • Provide clear weekly updates and proactive risk flags to hiring managers and HR leadership to maintain momentum and reduce delays.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience with significant impact in SaaS/B2B organizations.
  • Proven success in recruiting for senior-level, niche, or hard-to-fill roles across technical and go-to-market functions.
  • Must have experience recruiting for software engineers and sales executives in a SaaS/B2B environment.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking pipelines, reporting, recruiting metrics, and data analysis). Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to shape recruitment strategies.
  • Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels, including executive level.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters and contributing to process or system improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, including experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workable experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term talent planning and immediate hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
