Responsibilities:

Responsible for Huawei 2G/3G/4G networks E2E performance management.
Responsible for Service Quality Improvement. Especially LTE services including VoLTE, latency, throughput, Video, OTT services optimization and trouble shooting.
Responsible for End user experience focused network analysis and tuning.
Will be main interface with customer and owner of all network performance related issues.
Responsible for leading and cultivating RF Engineers. Guiding customers about eRAN optimization methodologies and tools.
Responsible for presenting technical cases, introducing new features and offer parameter changes, providing consultancy to customer on complex technical scenarios such as interoperability strategies between technologies.
Responsible for RF feature and parameter tuning of LTE networks, know Huawei 4G features and capabilities on expert level.
Communicate with management level customers frequently. Present key subjects directly to senior levels.
Learn, adapt and implement new features and technologies in 5G networks.
Know how to analyse and generate suggestions based on drive test log files (Tems Investigation&Paragorn etc).
Having experience on Umlaut drive test and crowdsourcing campaign readiness is a plus

Requirements

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering,
8+ years’ experience for RF Optimization with minimum 5 years on LTE.
Expert level knowledge of Huawei planning and optimization tools such as Genex Discovery, PRS, Unet, eMAE, SmartCare etc.
Expert level knowledge of Huawei GUL features and parameters
Good presentation and communication skills
Willing to participate in long term project in Turkey
Willing to work in dedicated and result oriented environment. Open for continuous personal development.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Both Turkish and English speaking/writing advanced level is must.
Know Tems Paragorn and Huawei Probe Test data analysis post process and tools is a plus.
