So, what’s the role all about?

The WFM group is looking for a talented Program Manager Lead to join its leadership team and play a critical role in driving excellence across our global operations.

This strategic, high impact role is focused on driving operational excellence, leading complex, cross functional initiatives in a dynamic environment and continuously improving productivity across our product portfolio.

As a key member of the WFM management, you will lead cross site program managers, be accountable for operational execution and ensure alignment with business goals. You will be responsible for budget control, cost optimization and ensuring that strategic decisions are effectively implemented across the organization.

You will closely collaborate with Engineering managers, architects, Product managers, QA leads and senior leadership. The group consists approximately 230 team members across Israel, the US, and India.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Own and manage group level operations, including budget planning, cost control, and execution management.
  • Ensure leadership decisions are translated into actionable plans and successfully implemented across teams.
  • Promote a data driven culture by monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor Program managers across multiple geographies, facilitating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and drive initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across the group.
  • Monitor and enhance Agile and DevOps processes, ensuring teams are aligned with NiCE Agile Methodology and KPIs.
  • Lead the assimilation of GenAI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
  • Manage full program delivery, including content, timeline, quality and risk management.
  • Synchronize cross functional teams to ensure organizational readiness for releases.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement based on team feedback and insights.

 

Have you got what it takes?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong development background and technical understanding.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Engineering Manager or Release Manager in a global high tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and mentoring leaders across sites.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, program management tools, matrix management and operational best practices.
  • Experience implementing GenAI tools or automation solutions in engineering or product environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – proactive, responsible, self managed and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English.
