Role Overview  

We are looking for a seasoned leader to partner closely with our Business Development team to build programs and methodologies focused on Selection Design, Quality, and Channel Strategy. This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally across various stakeholders including; product teams, engineering teams, catalog teams, and various business leaders. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for operational process planning, analytical capabilities and strong business acumen. Additionally, this candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and will own working with multiple operational processes across a wide range of stakeholder teams. The candidate will have a successful track record of collaborative relationship building, program and project management, experiencing leading projects, and reporting and analysis capabilities.

What You Will Do 

Basic Qualifications  

• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, program management, or e-commerce
• General problem solver with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills who can deep dive into different problem domains
• Business experience project/ program management, operations, or customer service within eCommerce
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications 

• SQL and Tableau experience are strongly preferred
